You scoop the avocados out of their peels, slice them, then marinate them for a couple or so minutes in a balsamic vinaigrette. Then you can stuff them with some crunchy bacon between two slices of whole wheat toast. No need to add mayo because it's <I>so</I> rich! If you get one get a good one - the cheaper ones don't seem to do the same job and be sure to get one with a finger guard!
