I'm not a professional cook so I'm not sure what went wrong, but when I made these they took longer to cook than the original recipe suggested to perhaps cooking a bit longer might help? Also, I tried taking them out of the pan when they were warm but they were just too jiggly...I left them in the pan to cool and it was fine.
